Ever felt like you’ve been talked down to by a techie at work? Ever went to your IT department with a problem and get told that it’s something technical and they’ll work on it, and then that’s the end of the story? Or inversely, ever had someone try to explain something technical and come away sure that he or she was not really speaking in English?

Well in the first issue of the techie poser series, we’re going to look at some terms that will help you sound tech-literate.
