I completed my official UX certification with the Neilsen Norman Group in topics including User Research, User Interface Principles, and User Journey Mapping.

November 16, 2015

Moving into the business, I became accountable for user experience for cross channel, customer-facing services while directly managing a team of 5 and leading the greater UX practice across multiple teams including a mix of forms analysts, UX analysts and interaction designers.

Studied game design, gamification, procedural storytelling, user design methodologies and agile methodologies as part of Masters of Digital media at the Centre for Digital Media, a joint program between University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, Emily Carr University of Art + Design and British Columbia Institute of Technology.
