When multiple projects run simultaneously, sharing resources like people or tech becomes a challenge and requires certain feats of logistics gymnastics. I’ve learned to tackle this like technical problems—first lay out all options (diverge), then analyze and guide the team to choose the best one (converge).

Sometimes the only way forward is to start from scratch. But a blank canvas is really hard to work with. Using AI with the right prompts, refined over time, can really help take that first step forward. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to start somewhere.
